SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our products are freshly made - only after you place your order, with the utmost care and loving craftsmanship.

Because we believe that true beauty does not arise from haste, but from mindfulness.

Delivery time is 5-7 working days from receipt of payment.

Please note that there may be occasional delays on public holidays or during periods of high demand.

Shipping costs:

– €9.90 flat rate per order

– Free shipping on orders over €60

Currently, we only ship within Germany.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods – in accordance with § 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Please note:

Since our products are sealed for hygienic reasons, returns are only possible if the seal is undamaged.

Opened or used products are excluded from exchange.

Here's how the return process works:

1. Send us an email to support@luvie.de with your order number and the affected product.
2. We will confirm the return address and all further steps.
3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After receiving and inspecting the undamaged goods, we will refund the full purchase price via the original payment method.
